This site provides general information and calculation tools about mortgages in New Zealand. It does not provide financial advice, and using it does not create an adviser relationship. See disclosure for what we are and are not licensed to do.

No warranty on outputs

The calculators are provided in good faith and we take care with the arithmetic, but we give no warranty that any output is accurate, complete or suitable for your circumstances. Results depend entirely on the figures you enter. Break cost estimates in particular are indicative and will not match your lender’s figure.

Before acting on anything here, confirm it with your lender or a licensed financial adviser. We accept no liability for decisions made in reliance on this site, to the extent permitted by law.

Consumer Guarantees Act

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 that cannot lawfully be excluded.
